How can I activate the warranty?

To activate the warranty, is mandatory that you present a proof of purchase, followed by an email to: help@forallphones.com, with the subject: "Warranty", describing the origin of the problem.

The problem will be evaluated promptly and repair or replacement will be taken at no cost to the customer.

Warning! equipment that has been damaged by improper use, neglect, dropping or spilling of liquids will not be replaced.
